Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my torque converter in to be re-stalled?

First and fore most DO NOT use USPS to ship your converter! Any leaks can quarantine your converter for up 6 months.

You do not need a RMA or RGA number, just make sure to include your name and number in the box! Make sure to drain as much fluid as possible out of the converter, don’t drill a hole in the converter. Seal the hub of the converter to prevent any leftover fluid from leaking. Make sure to package your converter carefully as to ensure it is not damaged in shipping. We receive 10-20 converters a day so please make sure to include your name AND phone number inside the box. You can also print and fill out our build sheet here.

step#7: shut your vehicle off.
